SEAONICS was founded in 2011 and is a result of the maritime cluster on the West-coast of Norway. In 2015 ICD Software was acquired and merged with SEAONICS to further strengthen and develop the company. ICD Software has been a leading control-system company supplying motion compensated and integrated control systems to the maritime cluster since 2001.
